zest plan - ideal for the Small Office / Home Office

1 hour per month

Think of this as your insurance policy – monthly SBS Server updates and monitoring, weekly backup audits, alerts forwarded to OC. If no server present – 1 hour onsite or remote as required.

Small jobs taken care of without your input – you can worry about what you need to: running your business without interruption.

 

peel plan - recommended for < 5 user sites

5 hours per month

Think of us as your I.T. dept. You need some hands on for a few issues a week, and welcome the ability to have problems solved remotely where possible.

 

juice plan - recommended for 5-15 user sites

10 hours per month

1 or 2 servers, 10 PC’s, 2 printers? Running a basic server managed ERP, POS, CRM or accounting solution? Sounds like your average NZ business! Well so are we. This is our most popular plan – you are in good company!
